MaxiPARTS is one of Australia’s leading independent commercial vehicle parts distribution companies and offers the MaxiPARTS VIP Membership Program (VIP Membership Program). We are part of MaxiPARTS Limited (ABN 58 006 797 173) and its subsidiaries and affiliates). Any reference to we, our or us is a reference to MaxiPARTS and MaxiPARTS Limited.

We understand the importance of being open and transparent with you in the way in which we collect, store, use and share your personal information. We take protecting your privacy rights very seriously. We strongly encourage you to read this notice before you create your online account, so that you understand and are comfortable with how we handle your personal information.

What personal information do we collect and how do we collect it?

We collect:

• your name, e-mail, phone number, postal address or location and other contact details, when you create an online account;

• if you choose to provide this information, your date of birth, company name, trading name and ABN; and

What happens if you do not want to provide your personal information?

If you do not provide your personal information, we may not be able to create your online account, enrol you in the VIP Membership Program, process your purchase or provide our services to you.

If you do not wish to provide your personal information, you may wish to checkout as a guest, which will mean that we will collect the personal information you provide during the checkout process to process your order, but we will not collect additional information about you related to your purchase.
