The OS615 Oxy-Acetylene Open Hose Reel from Alemlube is a genuine industrial quality welding reel ideal for all general welding applications undertaken by contractors, fabricators and people involved in the construction, agriculture, civil works and industrial fields. Featuring heavy duty steel construction with corrosion resistant powder coating and a positive latching spring rewind mechanism, the OS615 can easily be mounted in a variety of locations and can also be carried in utes and service vehicles. Rated at 300psi (20 bar) for a reliable and prolonged service life, the OS615 has been manufactured with a full flow swivel joint and swivel body made from forged brass, double O-ring seals to prevent leakage and is supplied complete with 15m x 6mm twin oxy-acetylene hose and a 0.9m inlet hose assembly. Weighing in at 24kg, the OS615 swivel body and inlet are both permanently identified with machined grooves on the acetylene side to ensure correct installation.
