Fleetguard Giveaway June 2025
Participation in the Fleetguard Promotion (“Promotion”), in conjunction with MaxiPARTS is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Information on how to enter the Promotion and win the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter (“Promoter”) of the Promotion is Altus Filtration Technologies (ABN 42 006 332 949), (“Fleetguard”) having its principal office at 1 Garden St, Kilsyth VIC 3137. The Promotion is run in conjunction with MaxiPARTS. MaxiPARTS is one of the Australia’s leading independent commercial vehicle parts distribution companies and a distributor of Altus Filtration Technologies products.
The Promotion commences on AEDST on 1st June 2025 and ends for Qualifying Purchases (as defined below) at 30th June 2025 AEDST (“Purchase Period”). Only entries made during the Promotion Period will be accepted. Both Altus Filtration Technologies and MaxiPARTS do not accept any responsibility for entries not received during the Purchase Period.Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 18 years and over who make any qualifying purchase at a MaxiPARTS branch or online at www.maxiparts.com.au during the Promotional Period. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and agencies, providers and suppliers directly associated with the Promotion are ineligible.
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must during the Promotion Period, purchase any quantity of Fleetguard brand coolant products from a MaxiPARTS branch or online at www.maxiparts.com.au. Limit one entry per customer account during the Promotional Period.
You will be excluded from the Promotion if you are:
a) An employee or contractor of MaxiPARTS as determined by MaxiPARTS at its sole discretion; or
b) directly involved in the management or an employee/ contractor of the immediate family member of such persons;
i. MaxiPARTS and its related bodies corporate;
ii. any applicable government agencies (state, federal, and local government); and
iii. the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition
c) Found to be in breach of the terms and conditions which apply to your MaxiPARTS Account or have exceeded your credit limit as agreed by MAXIPARTS (if applicable).
There is one prize pack to be won:
TT-R110E, Yamaha motorcycle, with 110cc 4-stroke engine, 4-speed semi-automatic gearbox for kids valued at $3,549.00 INC GST plus a gift card for a helmet from AMX superstore for $300
(Safety gear is not included in the prize. It is the winners responsibility to ensure the appropriate safety gear is obtained and worn before riding)
The Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Winner of the Promotion will be drawn at random on Monday 7th July 2025 at MaxiPARTS by the Promoter, using the electronic system operated by Random Draw at www.randomdraws.com.au.
The draw will take place on Monday 7th July 2025. The first eligible winner drawn will be notified by email and phone following the draw within 24 hours.
If the Winner holds a corporate MaxiPARTS Account Customer, the Prize will be awarded to the company named as the account holder in the MaxiPARTS accounts system, not the individual. If the Winner nominated is a MaxiPARTS Retail customer, MaxiPARTS may, in its sole discretion, nominate the individual to receive the Prize by quoting the MaxiPARTS system ID and corresponding identification of the authorised representative of the Winner.
The Winner accepts the Prize at their own risk. Subject to any applicable laws, MaxiPARTS and their related bodies corporate are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of the Winner accepting and/or using the Prize. MaxiPARTS accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings.

Employees of Altus Filtration Technologies and their related bodies corporate are ineligible to participate. MAXIPARTS and Altus Filtration Technologies reserve the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.
By entering the Promotion, you consent to the Promoter and MaxiPARTS using your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and fulfilling the Prize, as well as to contact you for marketing purposes related to MaxiPARTS products and services. If you are the Winner, you consent to the Promoter and MaxiPARTS using your name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event you are the Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Altus Filtration Technologies and MaxiPARTS.
