1. Participation in the MaxiPARTS x Castrol Fishing Pack Giveaway (“Promotion”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Information on how to enter the Promotion and win the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

2. By submitting an entry into the Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Only entries that comply with these Terms and Conditions will be considered valid and eligible to win. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.  

3. The promoter of the Promotion is MaxiPARTS Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 76 110 786 215), (“MaxiPARTS”) having its principal office at 22 Efficient Drive, Truganina VIC 3029.

4. The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 September 2024 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2024. The right to submit an entry under the Promotion is effective from 12:01am AEST on 1 September 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2024 (“Promotion Period”). MaxiPARTS will only accept entries made during the Promotion Period. MaxiPARTS does not accept any responsibility for entries not received during the Promotion Period.

5. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. 

Eligibility and Entry

6. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must during the Promotion Period:

   1. purchase $500.00 (incl GST, not including freight) or more of any Castrol product to receive Prize 1, or;

   2. purchase $1,000 (incl GST, not including freight) or more of any Castrol product to receive Prize 2

   3. purchases can be made at any participating MaxiPARTS branch, or online at www.maxiparts.com.au during the Promotional Period. You can enter more than once by making additional Qualifying Purchases during the Promotional Period.

   4. fill out the Competition Entry Details (https://maxipartsaus.com/castrol-fishing-promo) with correct information.

1. 1. hold an account with MaxiPARTS (either a Trade, Cash Sales or online account) (“MaxiPARTS Account”). Participation in the Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions which apply to your MaxiPARTS Account (available on request), as amended from time to time. Registrations for a MaxiPARTS account can be found here: www.maxiparts.com.au/register-now or created during the checkout process;

   2. have a residential or commercial address in any Australian state or territory and must be aged 18 years or over;

   3. not be excluded from the Promotion as set out below.

7. You will be excluded from the Promotion if you are:

2. 1. a major competitor of MaxiPARTS as determined by MaxiPARTS in its absolute discretion; or

   2. a director, officer, member of management or an employee (or an immediate family member of such persons) of:

1. MaxiPARTS and its related bodies corporate;

2. any applicable government agencies (state, federal, and local government); and

3. the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.

8. MaxiPARTS may reasonably request further information from you, including to verify your identity and to confirm that you are an Eligible Entrant and have complied with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Customers must make a Qualifying Purchases during the Promotional Period. Multiple entries per person and/or company are allowed. Multiple entries per transaction will not eligible.

10. In these Terms and Conditions, you will be an “Eligible Entrant” if you satisfy the conditions described above. If you are an Eligible Entrant and you submit an entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, that entry will be an Eligible Entry.

Prize

11. There are two prizes (“Prize”) on offer:

12. The Prize is as stated and is not redeemable for cash, transferable or able to be resold. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Draw

13. The Winners of the Promotion will be drawn identified at 4:00pm (AEST) on 11 October 2024 at 22 Efficient Drive, Truganina VIC 3029 by MaxiPARTS.

14. The Winners will be determined by entries provided by the Competition Entry Form and cross-checked against Eligible Transactions.

15. Prizes will be awarded to Eligible Entrants to the limit of available prizes.

16. Entry into the Promotion, with an Eligible Purchase does not guarantee a Prize.

17. MaxiPARTS may draw additional reserve entries on the draw date (“Reserve Entrants”) and record them in the order drawn. In the event of an invalid entry, or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept the Prize, the Prize will be awarded to the next Reserve Entrant drawn. If the Prize can’t be awarded to the first Reserve Entrant drawn, MaxiPARTS will continue this process until the Prize is awarded.

18. Eligible Entrants are not required to attend the draw.

19. The Winner will be notified in writing via email within 7 days of being drawn as the Winner and the results, including the Winner’s initials and postcode, will be published on MaxiPARTS’ website before 14 October 2024.

20. If the Winner is a corporate MaxiPARTS Account Customer, the Prize will be awarded to the company named as the account holder in the MaxiPARTS accounts system, not the individual who made the relevant purchase/s. The Winner in this situation may, in its sole discretion, nominate an individual to receive the Prize by providing MaxiPARTS with written notice of the nomination signed by an authorised representative of the Winner.

21. If the Prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date of 31 October 2024 (“Prize Claim Date”) or if, after making all reasonable attempts, MaxiPARTS can't contact the Winner (or the Winner does not contact MaxiPARTS) by the Prize Claim Date, the relevant entries will be discarded and MaxiPARTS will re-award the Prize to a Reserve Entrant (“Reserve Winner”) on the same date. The Reserve Winner will be notified in writing via email within 7 days of the Prize Claim Date and the results, including the Reserve Winner’s initials and postcode, will be published on MaxiPARTS’ website by 14 October 2024.

22. The Winner is eligible to collect the Prize from their closest MaxiPARTS branch as dictated by MaxiPARTS. MaxiPARTS will not cover the cost of freight, should the Winner want to have the Prize delivered.

23. The Winner agrees to have their photo taken together with their relevant MaxiPARTS Account company name (if applicable), last name, initial and postcode to be published on MaxiPARTS’ website and social media platforms within 30 days of the draw taking place.

 General

24. All references to $ are to Australian Dollars.

25. MaxiPARTS’ decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. MaxiPARTS accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or technical difficulties.

26. The Winner accepts the Prize at their own risk. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, MaxiPARTS and its related bodies corporate are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion or the Prize.

27. MaxiPARTS and its related bodies corporate make no warranties and accept no liability in relation to the Prize.

28. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned including by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of MaxiPARTS which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, MaxiPARTS will  disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and (with the approval from the relevant authorities) may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

29. MaxiPARTS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

30. All entries become the property of MaxiPARTS. The information from the entries is being collected by MaxiPARTS to enable it to contact the potential winner and/or may be entered into a database. By entering the Promotion, you consent to MaxiPARTS using your personal details for an indefinite period (unless consent is later retracted) for future marketing purposes unless otherwise advised by the entrant upon entry. MaxiPARTS will only use the Winner’s personal details for future marketing purposes relating to MaxiPARTS.

31. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Meta, Google or any other Social Network.

32. It is your responsibility to notify MaxiPARTS if your contact details change during the Promotional Period.

33. You consent to MaxiPARTS using your name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event you are the Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by MaxiPARTS.

34. The Winner acknowledges that elements of the Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third party suppliers connected with the Prize (which could include booking conditions, fare rules, including any amendment fees, baggage restrictions, conditions of carriage, codes of conduct and any standard restrictions or participation conditions. To the extent permitted by law, MaxiPARTS does not accept any responsibility, and is not liable for, any additional conditions imposed by third party service providers on the taking of the Prize, or for the breach of those conditions by any person and the consequences which may follow.

35. MaxiPARTS does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

36. If requested by MaxiPARTS, the Winner must sign and return any release and indemnity provided by MaxiPARTS and / or its contractors as a condition of a Prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities may result in the entitlement to the Prize being forfeited and the selection of another Winner.

 Privacy

37. MaxiPARTS may collect your personal information such as name and contact details in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to associated entities of MaxiPARTS and other entities who may assist in the Promotion. Entry into the Promotion is conditional on providing this personal information.

38. By entering and providing personal information, you consent to the use of your personal information in this manner. MaxiPARTS’ Privacy Policy is available at www.maxiparts.com.au/privacy-policy.

Fleetguard November 2024 Giveaway

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION ENTRY

Participation in the Fleetguard Promotion ("Promotion"), in conjunction with MaxiPARTS is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Information on how to enter the Promotion and win the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter ("Promoter") of the Promotion is Atmus Filtration Technologies (ABN 42 006 332 949), ("Fleetguard") having its principal office at 1 Garden St, Kilsyth VIC 3137. The Promotion is run in conjunction with MaxiPARTS. Maxi PARTS is one of the Australia's leading independent commercial vehicle parts distribution companies and a distributor of Atmus Filtration Technologies products.

The Promotion commences on AEDST on 1st November 2024 and ends for Qualifying Purchases (as defined below) at 30th November 2024 AEDST ("Purchase Period"). Only entries made during the Promotion Period will be accepted. Both Atmus Filtration Technologies and MaxiPARTS do not accept any responsibility for entries not received during the Purchase Period.

Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 18 years and over who make a qualifying purchase at a MaxiPARTS branch or online at www.maxiparts.com.au during the Promotional Period. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

To be eligible to enter the Promotion, you must during the Promotion Period, purchase over $250 of Fleetguard products at any participating MaxiPARTS branch, or online at www.maxiparts.com.au during the Promotional Period. Customers must spend $250 *inc. GST and excludes freight charge. You can enter more than once by making additional Qualifying Purchases during the Promotional Period.

You will be excluded from the Promotion if you are:

a) a major competitor of MaxiPARTS as determined by MaxiPARTS in its absolute discretion; or
b) a director, officer, member of management or an employee (or an immediate family member of such persons) of:

c) Found to be in breach of the terms and conditions which apply to your MaxiPARTS Account or have exceeded your credit limit as agreed by Maxi PARTS (if applicable).

There are 5 prize packs to be won, each include:

The Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

The Winner of the Promotion will be drawn at random on Monday 9th December 2024 at Maxi PARTS by the Promoter, using the electronic system operated by Random Draw at www.randomdraws.com.au.

The draw will take place on Monday 9th December 2024. The first eligible winner drawn will be notified by email and phone following the draw (within 24 hours).

If the Winner holds a corporate Maxi PARTS Account Customer, the Prize will be awarded to the company named as the account holder in the MaxiPARTS accounts system, not the individual who made the relevant purchase/s.
