Shipping and Delivery

Click & Collect or Delivery
You can select to have your order delivered or you can collect it from your local MaxiPARTS branch that has stock of your item(s). If you select Click & Collect, you'll need to bring your drivers licence or other government issued photo ID to the branch, and if you paid by credit card, the credit card used to make the purchase. The name on your drivers licence must match the name on the card and the name on the order. The team member may take a copy of your drivers licence, this is to help prevent credit card fraud and may be kept tempoarily. After a short period it will be destroyed.

Free Delivery
Free shipping is available for purchases over $250*

*Free shipping is available to certain postcodes at the discretion of MaxiPARTS. MaxiPARTS reserve the right to change or withdraw free delivery at any time. If your items are bulk, dangerous or heavy goods, your order may not qualify for free shipping regardless of order value, and your local MaxiPARTS store will contact you with a shipping quote.

Delivery Costs
For purchases under $250, certain postcodes (determined by MaxiPARTS) are eligible for $25 shipping. Upon checkout, a shipping cost estimate will be calculated based on your location and postcode entered. A MaxiPARTS team member will contact you and advise of any changes to shipping costs prior to billing to ensure shipping costs are at a minimum cost to you.

Delivery Locations
MaxiPARTS can deliver anywhere in Australia. Unfortunately, international delivery is not available. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Australia Post Parcel Collect Addresses or Parcel Lockers. If you wish to organise your own courier, please notify the MaxiPARTS branch assigned to your order. This can be found on your order confirmation.

Large Items

If you are ordering a large item that requires a forklift or loading dock, please notify the MaxiPARTS branch assigned to your order, or leave a note upon checkout.

Dangerous Goods
Dangerous goods are articles or substances which are capable of posing a hazard to health, safety, property or the environment. They need to be packed, marked, labelled, and documented properly, handled carefully and shipped by personnel who have received dangerous goods training to ensure they arrive safely at their destination.

All courier companies within Australia enforce a surcharge for Dangerous Goods; this is applied per shipment. MaxiPARTS does not cover the cost of shipping Dangerous Goods. If you purchase Dangerous Goods online via our website (www.maxiparts.com.au) and select Delivery, a flat-fee surcharge of $40.00 will automatically be added to your total freight cost. In any instance the courier surcharge exceeds $40.00, your local MaxiPARTS branch may contact you to arrange additional payment.

Estimated Delivery Times
If you selected Click & Collect, you will receive an email to inform you when your item(s) are ready for collection.

In terms of delivery, we aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 business days (dependant on stock availability). This means you can expect to receive your order within 3 - 7 days, dependant on your location. If an item is out of stock, your local MaxiPARTS branch will contact you as soon as possible. In the unusual event of a delay to the dispatch of your order, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
