Warranty Terms and Conditions (after/market parts)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

General Terms & Conditions
Australian Consumer Law
The following provisions are in addition to your rights and the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Any and all other rights, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, are excluded.
Scope of Warranty
All aftermarket spare parts supplied by MaxiPARTS are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials but MaxiPARTS limits its obligations to repair or replacement of defective parts only. This warranty covers product fitted to vehicles in original condition. MaxiPARTS does not warrant product fitted to any vehicle that has been changed or modified from original specification.
MaxiPARTS supplied aftermarket products are warranted for 12 months or 200,000kms of operation (whichever is earlier) from the date of sale to customer and /or end user from MaxiPARTS warehouses /agents. Unless otherwise stated, all aftermarket components are warranted for parts only, mechanical failure only.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; nor does it cover a component that has been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence, accident or any other external factor outside the control of MaxiPARTS or that has been improperly maintained, operated or installed.
- The product must be used for the purpose for which it is intended and the application for which it was designed.
- Product should be serviced as per manufacturers’ recommendations.
This warranty policy does not apply to Non MaxiPARTS Products as they are covered by individual manufacturer’s warranties.
The exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be repair or replacement of the defective component at MaxiPARTS option. MaxiPARTS reserves the right to require that all applicable failed materials are available and /or returned to MaxiPARTS for review and evaluation. The Purchaser must return or ship prepaid the products (or affected parts) to the company’s authorized dealer or MaxiPARTS outlet from which the parts were purchased for rectification or replacement during the warranty period in accordance with the company’s warranty procedure.
Replaced parts become the property of the MaxiPARTS. If parts are returned under warranty, the purchaser is not thereby entitled to make any deduction from remittances or current accounts without MaxiPARTS consent.
MaxiPARTS and its service providers shall be entitled to charge their normal service fee for service on Equipment which is found not to comply with the terms and condition of this agreement.
In no event shall MaxiPARTS be liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damaged of any kind or under any legal theory, including but not limited to, towing, downtime, lost productivity, cargo damage, taxes or any other losses or costs resulting from defective covered component.
Our products are designed for specific customer needs and applications to ensure that these are suitable for particular applications/use and are not to be used outside the specific design guidelines, which will void the warranty. It is a condition of this warranty that our products be installed and used or changed in accordance with the vehicle, engine, parts or equipment manufacturers’ recommendations.
MaxiPARTS reserves the right to alter, amend or change specification of any product without prior notification.
